RETURNS POLICY

Returns Policy

 

Our simple returns policy means that you can shop with peace of mind at Ventura.

 

If you have changed your mind, or if you are not entirely satisfied about an online purchase, you have 14 days from the day you received your item(s) to return these items to us.

 

You can contact Ventura Design by calling our team on +353 1 820 8480 or by emailing us at customerservice@ventura.ie.

 

It is your responsibility to arrange the return of the item(s) to one of our return locations below. However, Ventura Design understands that many of our clients may not have the means to return larger items, and so our team can arrange collection during normal business hours, Monday to Saturday, if requested. In such instances, a charge of €149 will be deducted from the amount of any refunds due.

 

To receive a full refund for an online order, the item(s) returned must be in a resaleable, 'as new' condition and be in their original, undamaged inner and outer packaging.

 

For online and in-store purchases, where a product is out of its packaging or the seals are broken, a restocking charge of 15% will be applied. Ventura Design reserves the right to refuse a refund of any kind, on any item if the product is not returned in a fully re-sellable condition.

 

Please Note: In line with European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EU), Custom made and bespoke items/orders, floor models or display models cannot be returned.

 

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receipt of the item. You will be notified by email when this has been processed.

Cancelling an Order

You have the right to cancel your order with us. You can do this by calling us on +353 1 820 8480 or by emailing us at customerservice@ventura.ie.

If the item has already been dispatched, it will not be possible to cancel the order at that time.

If you wish to cancel an item which is bespoke, or customised in any way, you will need to do this within 48 hours of placing the order.

Received order is damaged.

In the unlikely event that you receive an order that is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can email us at customerservice@ventura.ie. and please include your name, address, order number, phone number, and photos of the damaged item. You can also call our team on +35318208480.

Damaged item(s) can be returned to one of our locations below.

 

If you cannot return your item to one of our return locations, please contact us and we can arrange a collection for furniture orders. A replacement will be issued to you on acceptance of the damaged item. If you do not require a replacement, a refund will be processed to the payment method used during your original purchase with us.


Received an Incorrect or Faulty Item

In the unlikely event that you receive an order that is either faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You can email us at customerservice@ventura.ie and please include your name, address, order number, phone number, and photos of the item. You can also call our team on +3531820 8480.

 

Faulty or incorrect item(s) can be returned to one of the appropriate return locations below.

 

If you cannot return your item to one of our return locations, please contact us and we can arrange a collection for furniture orders. If the item is faulty, please note that we may ask to inspect the items to confirm the fault or ask you to carry out a telephone diagnostic in an effort to resolve any concern quickly.


If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone, we will request to have one of our team carry out an inspection at the location of the item. If the fault cannot be resolved, we will offer you a mutually agreed solution including replacement or reselection.


My item does not fit.

It is our client’s responsibility to accurately measure the area in which you will be placing your new furniture, along with the route to the item’s intended location, i.e., stairways, doorways, angles etc.

 

If the item does not fit, and you purchased it online, it can be returned within the 14 days cooling-off period. It must have not been used and must be in a perfect resaleable condition.


If you purchased your item in-store and it does not fit, it can be returned but it will be subject to a restocking charge of 15% of the original purchase price. It must not have been used and must be in a perfect resaleable condition.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Custom made and Bespoke orders, floor models or display models cannot be returned.
  • Any items that may not be returnable for hygiene reasons, unless they are faulty.



*Please note: For in-store and online purchases, where a product is out of its packaging, a restocking charge of 15% will be applied.
