Despite the exceptional circumstances, Ventura is still fully operational and we continue to offer access to our services.
We are working closely with our brand partners to mitigate the impact on deliveries but please note that some items may take longer than usual. We will keep you closely informed as your order is processed and can hold deliveries safe in our warehouse if you do not wish to receive them just yet.
The safety of our customers and colleagues is of the utmost importance to us. We are currently operating no-contact delivery service to our customers. Please rest assured that our White Glove Delivery Team have been extensively trained in the appropriate hygiene protocols and provided with gloves, masks and anti-bacterial wipes which they use prior to and on completion of each and every delivery.

Our simple returns policy means that you can continue to shop with peace of mind at Ventura. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods within 30 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund excluding the original cost of delivery.
